Since he started school, my son has been participating in Jump Rope for Heart sponsored by the American Heart Association. Last year he asked if he could reach out to my readers for help getting donations. He was able to bring in $160.00 in donations, making him the biggest earner of money at his school (proud of him but frankly, I found that to be so sad when it is such a great cause.). So I have this crazy idea. Some may find it brilliant. Some may call it innovative. Some may find it stupid (I really dislike that word). Recently I told you about my challenge to take 30% of my weight off. I have found that what works best for me is to transition in slowly. Therefore, since that time I have: Stopped eating fast food completely. Given up caffeine and especially Coca Cola. Began eating Gluten Free (this isn’t a weight issue, it’s a digestive one.)
